Removing Beer Bottle Labels With PBW

I suggest that you reuse bottles from your favorite craft brewer in order to package your kit. You don't really have to remove the labels if you don't want to, it is a purely cosmetic thing, but if you want a clean, fresh looking bottle, I don't know of a better product than PBW. PBW is an abbreviation for Powdered Brewery Wash, and this stuff is commonly used in commercial breweries to clean organic material from their equipment. It's an alkaline based cleanser that is safe for stainless steel, plastic and most importantly your hands. It's environmentally friendly and works great for other cleaning jobs around your house too. Use 2 to 3 tablespoons per gallon of water for most uses.
